At least on one other occasion this happen to me;the inside of my but cheeks suddenly become very itchy and very uncomfortable, the only thing I can do to relieve the itching is to wipe my butt. But does anyone know what's cuasing this itching and what if anything can I do to keep it from happening again?
Today I ate an apple, a few oatmeal raisin bars, and some nuts so far; is it something I'm eating or what?
I'd greatly appriciate an answer and solution for this problem?:-)

maybe u dont wipe well enough wen u go to the bathroom, or maybe you have exima, just put anti itch cream on it

I can't believe this .... You aren't wiping your butt good after you take a dump. It's poop left between the butt cheeks that cause the itching. This should be obvious when you see that your underwear is not clean. There are flushable wipes at Walmart that may help. Its by the toilet paper. Or maybe take a shower after you poop.

I'm not sure what is going on, sounds like an allergy, could by your laundry detergent, your underwear?
My daughter gets this problem and I have her use some corn starch baby powder and it really helps take away the itch and pain.
Try taking some vitamin B for a week, this helps us too.

Carry some wipes packaged in foil with you. Sounds like the wiping needs to be more thorough.

Gross! Unfortunately I know the feeling. Seems like when I at a lot of high fiber and high acidic foods in a short period of time, I get the itchy bum.

Its from sweat. It causing itching. That's why wiping it away helps alleviate the itch. Wipe when it itches change your underwear as not to keep the moisture in.

You didnt wipe good enough. Get a baby wipe and get in there and get out the dried itchy poop.

You are not wiping yourself thoroughly after using the restroom, that is why you are itching because that area is not clean.

HAEMORRHOID'S, yup, what is generically known as piles. You been straining yourself too much when you've been pumping iron boy? Do they have such a thing as preparation H in your country?
(if you are English go down the chemists and ask for it by name, and then sample the simple pleasure of inserting a suppository.

It is probably feces maybe your not wiping very well you sould try some generics itching cremes also if this doesn't work try medicated lotion
