I like licorice root for upset stomach better than ginger, as it coats the stomach with a soothing mucous-and it works faster-and works for more different stomach maladies that make it upset-if you think it is an ulcerous condition, use that and pumpkin seed oil capsules (gelcaps)-but make sure they are not hexane treated in their process. But I like ginger better for car-sickness-for headaches, use feverfew-or white-willow bark- which is only a natural form of salycate) aspirin-try the feverfew-GNC-or another reputable health food store that may have alot of remedial herbs.

Do you eat nuts? Inside the nut you will find a little growth ( I do not know the name for it) Remove it before eating. And do not eat too much nuts. That can cause these kind of symptoms. pregnant ladies have these symptoms too. I advise you go and see a doctor just to make sure there is no other illness which causing you this discomfort, For nausea, make a small hole in the lime or lemon and suck it.
There is an old remedy. You may not like it but it's work for migraine headache too. Pour small amount of coconut oil in a little saucepan crush 3 or 4 pods of garlic and heat it over the fire. Do not boil it too much. Then take it off the fire and leave it until oil turns just hand warm. Apply it to your hair right into the scalp. Ask someone to give you a good head massarge. Go to sleep and wake up feeling better.
Avoid tea coffee too

Sounds like you are having sinus problems. There are weeds blooming right now that bother people's allergies. The nausea is from the sinus dripping into your stomach.
Here is a recipe for a tea that helps allergies...
Sinus & Congestion Tea
Here is a nice formula to use for sinus headaches and congestion. It works like a charm!
1oz. Elder flower
1 oz. Eyebright
1 oz. Echinacea herb
1/2 oz. Orange peel
1/2 oz. Dandelion leaf
1/4 oz. Goldenrod
To make: Mix all herbs together in a jar. Put 1 tsp. herb in a cup and fill with boiling water. Cover and steep about 20 minutes.
Traditionally dosage is 1 cup, 3-4 times a day.
You should get relief within a day but continue to take for a number of days if you know when allergies are worst for you (Spring, Fall), you take 3-4 months before that season begins as a preventative.
Also use a eucalyptus-camphor type rub on your chest and nose like Vick's Vaporub. Or get the essential oil and put it in a pan of boiling water and stand near it and sniff.
Eat some toast for the nausea and try to keep your stomach from being empty.

Nausea Remedies:
The classic remedy is ginger ale but most effective is to dissolve a half-teaspoon of ginger powder in a cup of warm water and drink it down. If you prefer the real deal, take four quarter-sized slices of ginger root and steep them for 10 mins in a cup of just boiled water. Strain and drink.
A strong cup of peppermint tea is always calming to the system and settles your stomach. If you have fresh peppermint leaves, crush them and put them on your tummy, touching your bare skin. Bind them in place and stay seated rather than lying down.
Headaches:
There are many cures for headaches first figure what type and what caused it.
If your stressed and have tension. Massage two drops of peppermint oil (avail at healthfood stores) on your temples. Also relax in a hot bubble bath while drinking a cup of peppermint tea.
Morning headaches are from the air not properly circulating while you sleep.
Weekend headaches are usually caused by lack of coffee that most people typically drink during the work week. Keep with the same cycles throughout the week.
Pounding headaches come from bottled stress this is hard to get rid of so find a way to let it out and help yourself relax. Spa therapy helps me.
Migrain cures- put feet in hot water and ice pack on head or neck to help reduce pain.
I hope these herbal cures help you as much as they have me. Best wishes and good luck.

Actually Chamomile Mint tea for the nausea is best. And a hot bath for the headache. Just lay right back and soak your whole head (you can pillow your head in your hands to prevent you slipping under) with just your nose showing. I used to get migraines every week, and this is the only thing that would stop me from throwing up with the pain. I've actually fallen asleep like that a couple of times, it's so relaxing.

Chamomile is a calming herb, Valerian works wonderfully with Chamomile for headaches. I used to get excruciating ones and I'd take a couple of Valerian capsules and drink a cup of Chamomile tea. You will fall asleep but you'll wake up feeling so much more better and without a drug hangover like you would get with say, Tylenol PM or Valium (Valerian is the root form of Valium).

The best thing for nausea is "Cola Syrup." My mom used to give it to me when I was a child and had the flu. I found some at Walgreens last winter when I was sick. You pour a little bit of this syrup that tastes like Coke over some crushed ice and sip it slowly. Works like a charm and tastes great. I also heard using flat Coca-Cola has a similar effect.
Check out the website below where the syrup is listed:

This may sound silly, but if you have mint oil, rub it on the back of your neck, up to the lower part of your head, just to where the spinal cord meets the skull. Now gently massage that same area....ooooh, the pain should melt away.
Now for nausea, rub the middle of your foot with the same mint oil. Use a little pressure, & you should be feeling better right away.
