ok.......i do not like pubic hair on me and i want to remove it........i have tried shaving but when it starts to grow back it itches like hell.......i have never tried waxing but i hear it hurts a lot......how do you wax in private??somebody told me to go to a salon--but i dont feel confortable having a total stranger waxing my pubic area!!i really need some tips on how to wax in private!!

It is best to use depilatory cream such as Bikini Nair. You should be able to find it at your local drugstore. Waxing is a habit that you would have to maintain and, yes, it hurts quite a bit, specially the first time.

Waxing is very painful. You're not going to want to pull your own strip. Trust me. I've been waxed before. Just go to the salon. You're in a little room with someone you don't know. If you're embarrassed... just remember, it's nothing they haven't seen before. And if you're that self conscious go to a different salon each time =) Good luck!!!

There are waxing kits available for home use. Just read the boxes carefully to make sure they are intended for the "bikini" area. It is very painful.
