Can anyone tell me about lunch and dinner foods that I should be eating everyday for the next 3 months so that it can complement my work out ? Please be specific .. Please tell me the exact food and veggies because I will follow this for the next 3 months .

Y dont u try excerecising then u can still eat what u like. Running isn't that bad

you can eat all the meat you want, but broil it. There is really no limit on fruits and vegetables. You just have to be careful about what you put on them. I recently lost 20 pounds, not so much as what I ate, but when. After a light supper of broiled meat and steamed veggies at 5 pm, I shut myself off. I had nothing to eat until the next morning. If that's too harsh, you can still drink a glass of v8 juice before going to bed

This is what I use when I'm really dropping weight.

Morning

Wheat toast with tbs peanutbutter
24 oz of 1% Milk

Snack

2 oz Cottage cheese
8 oz Apple Juice / Water
10 carrots

Lunch

Toasted Wheat bread
Tuna (i make mine with fat free mayo, tomato and onion)
8 oz Water

Snack

Apple, bannana or orange
One piece of chocolate candy

Dinner

This is a little more complicated but basically keep it protien rich with little carbs. I usually do a chickenbrest with lemon seasoning, 1/2 cup steamed rice and veggies of some sort.
24 oz Milk

Snack

Fat Free Jello

3 months worth of meals is a lot to put on here - but focus on more fruits and vegetables, and smaller portions of everything else. Most of all - keep track of how big a serving size is! Sometimes people eat baked chips thinking they're so much better than fried, but don't realize they had 3 servings!
Drink lots of water. Skip soda altogether and fruit juice with high sugar levels.

eating im not so sure about but im 15 and im like 97 no im not belimic or anorexic but excersize and if you dont eat until about...lets say 7:00 am then by7:00pm stop eating until tomorrow and youll lose some weight
