I am having real problems just now, losing my breath and have a constant runny nose and cough. I thought at first it was due to dust during house renovations but months later the house is spotlessly clean and the problems getting worse. I've got a Ventolin inhalor from the doc but it only helps for a few minutes and even that causes me to cough. I dont know what sets it off cos it happens at home, at work and outside. I'm feeling so miserable because of it and am even afraid to have a laugh now because that sets of a massive coughing fit.
Sorry to prattle on but really fed up with this.

I have PCOS (Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome), and I'm 22 and on Desogen, Metformin, and Spironalactone. The Spironalactone was for the excess hair, but when I moved and talked to another doctor she said it was a diuretic, and to help keep water weight down. Any ideas?

I was diagnosed when I was about 15, and have been on these 3 medicines since then. What are my chances of concieving when the time comes? Does anyone know of an online forum or support group for PCOS patients? I know it's not like breast cancer or anything like that, but it still effects my daily life.

Oh, and any weight loss ideas? Losing weight with PCOS is as easy as sticking a watermelon up my nose.

My b/f was told to take Prilosec OTC once daily to prevent acid
buildup, GERD - it seems to be causing him to have diarrhea (sorry if this is TMI, but this is a serious question) What can he take in place of the Prilosec? I know it's a Proton Pump Inhibitor; are there other brands that he can take without the side effects?
Thanks for any info -

I will be moving to the Cleveland,Ohio area with in a few weeks and will be in great need of a job.
I would really like to babysit the elderly...
Clean their home, cook for them, do their shopping, just be company for them.
Does anyone have any idea where I can find this kind of job??
I've searched a few different sites but only in vain.

I'll do whatever is required for something like this, but I truly would love to find something in this line of work...

Actually, I'll be moving to Garfield Heights, Ohio which is a suburb of Cleveland...

Thanks again for all your help :)

Alright here it goes...

Yesterday I started to notice that I had to pee quite often. And it was only towards the end of me peeing that I would have this wierd feeling "almost like a burning feeling, well kinda hard to describe", besides that I have noticed an odor "the smell is different, but I wouldn't consider it fishy."

So I was wondering if this could possibly be a yeast infection or BV?

My fault if it is a yeast infection because I am guilty of douching "I found out it is bad, so I have stopped" but just wanted to know before I went to get a yeast infection cream if it was something else.

Because if it is BV I know the yeast infection cream will not cure that....

Please assist me with your advice on what this might be....

And I mean no disrespect when I say this but leave the rude comments out please....
