Well yes, but there are healthier choices like tuna and salmon. I would suggest these instead.

Yes. Fish are the generalized source of Omega 3-Fatty acids.
But yeah, as someone else said, tuna & salmon are even better :-)

excellent choices. as are salmon pilchards and mackerel.
