O purrllleeaassee!!
Chinese food is not fattening nor is Indian or english it depends on the amount you eat! Calories in V Calories out. So if you weigh 20 stones and are inactive then yes it could be fattening but if you weigh 11 stones and work in manual labour, go to the gym 3 days a week and play footbal every weekends, I don't think so.
Yes there are some fat chinese people and there are some skinny ones too. People keep going on about low fat this and low fat that. there are more low fat food on sale today than there ever was and people are still getting fatter. Too busy looking for fat but they forget about the SUGAR.
you can get fat on anything if you eat enough of it.

Not if you eat it every once in a while, but if you eat it on a daily basis then yes. The real chinese food is not made with all the oil that you find on food here at Chinese restaraunts. The Chinese people are thin, and the American people or at least the most part are overweight.

peace.

Depends what kind you are talking about! If you are talking about REAL Chinese food, then NO. But if you are talking about American Chinese food, yes. Americans like a lot of things Chinese don't think are nessasary. Which is true, sugar, salt, all of the things that Chinese don't include are in American...

not all chinese language nutrition is fat nutrition - yet what you have chosen for a meal is. as an occasion - Panda exhibit provides Orange chicken, and a 5 ounce serving (they actually serve up greater suitable than that, yet that's what their nutrition serving length is) is 4 hundred energy. one hundred seventy of those energy come from fat - it fairly is 40 two% of the energy are coming from fat. modern-day regulations for persons not dropping weight is they consume 30% of their energy from fat over the day - so this could positioned you slightly over. The broccoli if steamed, is a stable decision - no fat in that. however the garlic sauce in all probability has a great number of oil in it. If it coats the broccoli - then it has oil and sugar further to it. White rice is superb - as long as you do not positioned soy sauce on it, soy sauce has a ton of sodium in it. in case you have been ingesting at Panda exhibit - they have greater advantageous selections - like the Mushroom chicken, a larger 6 ounce element is barely one hundred eighty energy.

Only Chinese-American version is fattening.. and since you dont know what they use, the sauces usually have a lot of sugar and salt so even if u eat chicken breast with broccolli the sauce could be bad enough... only if you ate authentic chinese food it wouldnt be fattening, its healthier, but keep in mind what also helps the chinese with diet, we eat a lot of veggies, drink tea with meals, eat smaller portions.

The way we cook it in the U.S....yes. They fry most of it and use a ton of oil and butter. From my Chinese colleague, apparently American Chinese food is nothing like what they really serve in China.
