ohh..i dont eat when i drink this...is there any side effect?

I like to know how many calories I'm consuming, but I just moved to England and I have no idea if the "Kcal" amount on English nutrition labels is the same as "Calories" on the American label.

I have got some really strange red spots on my arm, on the inside bit of my elbow, can't think what its called sorry. But they are like little spots, needle like marks (im not a crack head) like blood spots, there are loads of them on both arms, does anyone know what they could be?

I think i might have depression but im not sure.....i feel very down, and sometimes i just want to cry......i know it started when i was at work..i had a really really bad day and i just put it down to that, but the feeling wont go away and now i dont know why i feel like crying. I also seem to be very emotional at the moment, and tiny things can bother me..were as they didnt before.

Any ideas?

I had a cracked molar, which was causing me load of pain. My lovely dentist performed root canal work on it about a month ago.

In the last week or so, the tooth has become sensitive to hot food or drink. Really sensitive. If hot food hits it, I'm in orbit.

I went to see him yesterday, and he says 'but I took the roots out! It's not possible' etc. I'm not imagining this pain, I can tell you.

Incidentally, at the same visit, he has persuaded me to get a mouth guard because I'm grinding my teeth. Not sure if this is related to my pain, but just so you know.

Any ideas as to why this tooth is hurting, if the nerve has been removed? Help! I'm sure the dentist is a good one; apparently he lectures at UCL.

My daughter had been complaining about difficulty reading books and it affected her qrtly exams. The Opthamologist examined and concluded that she has +5 (+0.5 cyl) in each eye. The prescription glasses are really thick reminds me of magnifying glasses (I think they are magnifying glasses). Her vision didn't improve much as she says it's still kind of blurry. Can someone suggest if this Doc is for real? If he is for real, what could be the reason for this acute problem? Will her vision improve over time or will she have to wear these glasses forever?

I will have to seek a second opinion on this as I am not conviced that her problem is addressed adequately.

In all of my years in school or now as an adult who uses gym locker rooms, I can't say that I ever witnessed it or had it happen to me. Yet I've heard that it does happen. Is this a common thing in sports? Is it just an uncontrolable reflex that just happens after intense physical activity and competition or what?

my skin and scalp get really itchy at night time. i mean really itchy. some times i wake up and i scratch for a good 30 mins to an hour. i have no patches or anything, i'm just itchy.i think it all started while i was pregnant (not pregnat any more) three months ago. does anyone have any ideas? or remidies?

I'm 22, 5'2, and weigh almost 300. I've been dieting all my life and nothing has worked. I'm trying a smaller portion, frequent eating type diet at the moment, and my chest/stomach are feel like they are seizing/cramping. It's not crampy like menstrual crampy, but it feels like the muscles are contracting for no reason. Is this stuff all linked?
