Ive heard Cheerios are a really good one. Low in sugar and salt as well, but with decent fiber and those good things.

Why only 99 calories per bowl? According to most nutritionists, breakfast should be your biggest meal because it speeds up your metabolism and gives you energy for the day. I don't think any cereals will provide under 99 calories, but I know that Cheerios has 110 per cup. Shreddies is another healthy option. For extra nutrition top your cereal with fruit or almonds.

Any of the unsweetened puffed cereals ~ wheat rice or corn have about 50 calories per CUP which is less than 1/2 of most other cereals.

my mother has many diet restrictions including sugar...I usually buy her Cheerios....serving size is 1cup(30g)calories are110 with 1/2 cup of skim milk added..sugars are only 1gram per serving...which is really good...total fat content per serving is only 2g..so its really good for anyone watching diet.
