You're pregnant! Or it could be a reaction to soap powder. Do you wear short sleeved shirts or roll your sleeves up? Sounds like an allergic reaction rather than disease - do you feel ill? Go so the Big Doc person.

You need to see the doctor. It could be an allergy. It could be a rash. It could even be from medication you are on. Maybe you are allergic to something that you lay your arm on. Who knows? Only a doctor knws for sure.

You MUST see a doctor and get checked out. You can get little red spots from meningitis which can be extremely dangerous. GO TO YOUR DOCTOR NOW!

You really need to see your doctor. It's probably an allergy but any rash should be looked at. I'm sure you've heard of meningitis and how horrible it can be.

Do they itch? Are they multiplying each day? There are so many things to ask yourself. Have you switched soaps or detergents? You should probably just have it checked out. Do they go away and then reappear? If it's bothering you, just have it checked out. Ask someone older than you and wiser if they know, it helps to, to actually see it.

Do you carry a heavy bag or back pack? It might just be small broken vessels from your bag. Hope I could help.
