Loofah that bum! You need to exfoliate and wash it regularly for it to stop looking so spotty.

Tell your spotty bum to get out of the house and not to come back till he has a job.

the people saying good underwear are rightish
if its too tight the pores will stay blocked...
wearing underwear after excersize that is sweaty makes rashes and smells , but its men that usualy dont bother.

i realy recomend saunas and regulare use of a hot tub both these things make a body verry clean.

ps if your legs have a red rash or pimples on them bed bugs could be the problem, i suggest a verry mild alergy so powder your bed and sweep your hands over where you sleep every day prahaps with a quartz crystal.

hope this makes you better

No you are not minging! Change to cotton knickers no thongs and exfoliate with a microdermabrasion lotion like origins microdermabrasion for the body - it is fabulous! Exercise helps too - less sitting about!. Body brushing to keep the skin cells regenerating plus you may want to try changing your washing powder. Good luck ( also find a new exciting position to keep the love life going and he will never know the real reason!)

Ooh spotty botty is not very nice for you. Just keep skin clean and dry . Why not ask your GP for a dermatology appointment, you may get better answers from them.

Hi - Your diet could be part of the problem - cut out sugar, sweeties, cakes, buns and junk-food (assuming that you eat any of these) and try lots of fresh vegetables and fruit. Also, cut down on coffee, but make sure your fluid intake (fresh water) as adequate - 3 pints per day. Yrs Gill

I think most women suffer this as I've noticed it loads of times even on well turned out chics only one or two though, not in abundance that would be a right turn off.

Regular exercise and a good diet will clear up the majority of skin problems. Spots on your bottom, if not caused by too tight clothing, are often a sign of poor circulation.
