Who doesn't? lol It feels good!! It releases tension, touch releases endorphins & makes you feel so much better!! Rub her face for her - try massaging her earlobes - that's a great way to get her to relax!! Also, hand massage - you have no idea how much tension is stored in your hands!!!! If you make her feel good, she's going to be more likely to reciprocate!!

I think the need to be rubbed comes from the fact that we are all, at the end of the day, animals.
Think about how much a cat or a dog loves a good petting! Why wouldn't people love to be pet too?! I know I love a good head rub or even a tummy rub! And a back rub? Heaven!!
The skin is the body's largest organ and it's filled with sensors that make us giggle (tickling!), feel great pleasure (sex!), hot (burning!), itchy (rashes!) ... so why wouldn't our skin also have sensors that make us feel relaxed, happy, sexy, loved?
Giving your girl a back rub -- and really paying attention -- is a way to show her that you think she's beautiful and deserving of special attention that makes her relaxed and makes her want to purrrrrr! And maybe if you do it nicely enough, she'll return the favor and you'll see why people like their backs scratched, rubbed and otherwise touched.
(PS Lots of girls have a "secret spot" right at the bottom of the spine - above the butt. Give that spot a nice rub or press on it gently, you'll probably get a nice reaction!!)
