I am male aged 20, eat lots of meat and occassionally eat fast food. I am really skinny and I hate it. I wnt to put on a bit of weight but have no luck. I even eat a big bar of choclate a day with no results. I do some occasional exercise like football or hiking but that can't thin me down that fast... What can I do?
My grandad is the same, he is about 75ish and he has been skinny all his life.
Its getting on my nerves now, you see so much help for the overheight, but none the otherway round. I hate being looked at as a smll whimp, that can be knocked down easy.
Help me out... please...
