Too late, if you're taking drugs to get out of a bad mood you already have a mental illness. Drugs will eventually kill you. To get out of a bad mood stop brooding and think of something positive. Don't listen to angry music, listen instead to happy music, hymns, or classical music to lift your spirits.

I used to be mentally ill.. What triggered it for me was a emotional trama the same time I went through pubity..
So I learned alot about it and what can trigger a domant mental illness (which runs in families), is either pubertiy or a trama (emotional, accident, something that really stresses the brain)

Probably not. But anything is possible, and you shouldn't take "e" even when you are in a good mood.

No, unless you take it on a regular basis.
A regular basis is usually once a day to a few times a day.
If you do it less than that, don't worry.
That is why it is called a recreational drug.
Have your fun.

I don't know what "e" is; but there are substances out there that can really mess you up permanently.
