Heat turmeric powder a little, and when tolerably warm drop it deep into throat direct, and let this pinch of powder get stuck to the throat wall. It will relieve cough pretty soon. No harm or side effects. Do not do it more than once a day.

1. detox by taking fiber
2. carrot cut into slices, covered with a layer of honey. wait for about half to one hour. Drink the juice.
Alternately you can drink fresh Lotus root juice (not very tastety) or gargle with lemon juice.

I find it very effective.

i've done it several times already coz i hate taking meds. they taste awful!! drink lots of water, rest, eat lots of citrus or apple or anything that could supplement you with vit c. That's the greatest booster of immune system.

if your throat is itchy, try luke-warm water and not warm ok? just try it

It's kinda nasty but gargle with warm water with lots of salt in it helps me. good luck

lots of vitamin c. and garlic. it may taste harsh but it will clean you out in a day or two
