LMAO!!! a mangina is a term made up on duce biggalo the male giggalo movie...its basically a penis, female prostitues sell their vaginas, so its just slang term for whats for sale....ie: sex, in the case of a man, his penis or per the movie "Mangina" so basically if your a man & your gonna sell sex then I guess you could say "yes" you have a mangina

I have heard in passing that a gay male may refer to his anus as a "mangina". We all have anuses, but only those males that would enjoy being penetrated "back there" could claim to have one.
