Antibiotics do not in themselves cancel out the pill. What can happen is that the antibiotics kill "good" bacteria as well as "bad". This can upset the delicate balance in the gut and speed up gut transit (hence the fact that some people get diarrhoea). The speeding up of transit through the gut can reduce the absorption of the pill (because it's there for less time). This effect varies for each woman and for each time she takes an antibiotic. The particular antibiotic is also a variable to be considered. The effect is, therefore, unpredictable.
However I've given this explanation for your future information. Spermatozoa have a life span of 72 hours at most within the female genital tract, so you should be safe on this occasion.

No, probably not. Antibiotics don't make the effectiveness of your pill 0 but, they do decrease the effectiveness and no one knows how much that's why they want you take extra precautions and use condoms while on antibiotics.

I would say no, I believe spermies are only alive for 24-48 hours(?) if I remember correctly. But, check with your doc to be sure.

No, sperm does not live after 72 hours. You should be ok. The rest of the month you should not have unprotected sex tho.
