Why not try working out regularly in a gym to build-up your muscles, that will help and eat plenty of high protein foods. Your doctor should be able to help you.

Been in the same boat mate, wait till you hit 28, then you'll fill out a bit. Don't worry about it, although I know it's hard not to. Try drinking beer, it REALLY puts the pounds on. If you're really serious, the only real way id to get your **** down the gym and start doing the weights, make sure you chat to the trainers and tell them what you're planning to do, they can tell you the best and fastest and safest way forward. Don't be embarrassed, you're not the only skinny guy in the world and they have loads of guys come to them asking for the same thing. Because you are skinny, the good thing is, you'll start to notice results REALLY quick. Good luck buddy, but at the end of the day, most people who are fat would kill to be like you (little compensation I know) but seriously, from one who's been there who's now noticing the rapid expansion of a belly with growing alarm, don't worry!
And don't listen to the retards that say if you were eating right it wouldn't happen, that's bollox. Ask any nutritionist! Metabolisms all work at varying rates, you just burn stuff up at a super fast rate. Don't do drugs (like I did and regretted it) and don't try steroids.

Don't eat bad foods to try and compensate! Just because you do not put on weight or have no outwardly showing fat does not menn that your cholesterol is OK, or there is no fatty deposits in your arteries etc.
Eat well and balanced (not to gain weight, but to stay healthy), excercise to gain muscular weight and heck, just enjoy what you are!
I am underweight due to a high metabolism AND I am a short a5s....but I still enjoy life with a wife and 3 kids (the eldest of which has the same metabolism as I).
Life isn't about looking 'hard' or being worried that you look easy to knock you down. If you give people a reason to knock you down, then you deserve it. If someone just fancies to take on a fight and choose you because you LOOK easy to knock down, then who is the weak person?

Don't worry about it, you'll probably live to be a ripe old age and you will get better looking as you get older and heavier. The problem for those heavier than you, more muscular too, is that when they age they get too heavy, lose muscle and look older.
Be proud of your size and celebrate it by eating what the hell you like, lucky sod! You could do a little weight training if you are serious about bulking up muscle. But go to a gym for instruction.

Visit your GP get thyroid checked, Stress alone can weight loss nervous energy some medication like codine phosphate can stop you gaining weight, eating the right food not necessary bulk e.g pasta and pulses and oats that have a slow release of energy can help and try balancing what you eat to the exercise you do, eating later at night so you are not burning fat off before sleeping, otherwise if you are healthy eating a good balanced diet with no medical problems Accept who you are and like yourself

I'm just the same as you, I'm a lot older now, but my weight has never varied more than 7lbs since I was in my late teens no matter what I have done.
I was in the Army for 12 years, I was a mechanic, my weight never stopped me doing anything.
And believe me, being small don't mean you can get knocked down easy.
You don't need help, accept you are how you are, unless you feel unwell. In which case you should go visit your doctor

As long as you are healthy, have no abdominal problems then you may not be able to change much but studies show that it is carbohydrates that put on weight more so than sugars. Don't worry about the meat, still eat it but eat lots of potatoes , breads and cheeses. But remember genetics will ultimately decide what you will be like

Could just be a genetic thing, my wife is a skinny and so is most of her family on her dad's side, no matter how hard she tries to put on weight she can't she eats everything fattening was always active, Just make the most of yourself if you carry yourself with confidence and wear the right clothes you can look really good, don't bow to peer pressure to look like these muscle men, personality goes better than muscle

I used to be the same as you. However I started Bikram yoga about 2 years ago and it has changed everything for me- It has many health benefits, but most importantly works to balance out your growth hormones, regulating your weight. Couple regular hot yoga practise with Holland & Barretts Muscle and Weight Gainer (take a shake once or twice a day), and you will notice changes very quickly.
Makes you feel great too.
Goodluck.
