You are better off without it! Once you start you will constantly be thinking of it every waking moment.
There are those who are so used to this kind of stuff that their normal lives get affected. They cannot interact with normal people without thinking about it in some way or the other. People will laugh about what I have to say. But one thing leads to another and sometimes tender age also leads to perverted attitude.
I guess your friends must find you odd! Dont worry! They would rather have a good friend than have a perverted one!
Stand up for who you are and believe in yourself. Sex and masturbation are not everything in a relationship!

I think I know what you are asking. Masturbation is a perfectly normal activity for men and women. A person who considers themselves to be male reaches their sexual prime around ages 18-21 yrs. People who consider themselves as females reach their sexual prime at around ages 35-45 yrs.
Whether or not you masturbate is your business. Some people do not see the need to masturbate, or possibly have low sexual drive or yet again feel the societal 'taboo' that tells them this is 'wrong' according to the rules of the culture in which you live.
Personally, I say Poppycock. Everybody is different. Whether you do or do not masturbate is your business to be held by you as private. There is no age when a person 'should' or 'should not' stop masturbating. If you volunteer in a memory section of a retirement complex you will see people who are 90 years old who are masturbating. They have been freed from societal rules and regs through their normal dementia (Alzheimer's) and feel no need to hide it anymore. It is funny, but it is also very sad.
