I think I have a lipoma in my lower cheek of my mouth. When I press on it, it doesn't hurt..feels like a clump of fat. Its not really firm. The only reason I noticed it was because I was feeling my face and stuff...and noticed it. Its been there for a while. Should

Actually, the odds are much higher that you have some sort of mucous-retention cyst. Other considerations include swollen salivary glands, apthous ulcers, and myriad more unusual diseases. If it persists or grows larger, have your doctor or dentist check it out.

chances are its a mouth ulcer, go see a doctor.
