I m asoftware engineer and works in office for aropund 10-12 hours n get no time to exercise,i am gaining weight these days,
want to change my feeding habits,and simple ways to lose weight and maintain.

chnage your diet. No sodas with sugar snack on veggies and fresh fruit stay away from fast processed foods and fatty foods and after work find something fun to do. Does music make you want to dance?? make excercise a daily routine.... try that it takes a couple weeks but when you start to see the results its definately worth it!

"No time to exercise" - Bullsh*t!

Make the time. Even 10-15 minutes each day will see results. Before you get in your regular shower, just work up a sweat. Make it a habit.

If you shower in the morning, it can be hard to wake up and work-out if you are not adjusted to it. If you can wake up without a shower, try showering after work or in the evening. Work up a sweat before you get in the shower, whenever it is. You'll see results.

Diet is just as important. Drink regular soda? Switch to diet. Already drink diet? Switch to water. Eat fast-food often? Fine, I understand. Instead of a burger, try a salad. Most fast-food chains now offer very delicious and satisfying salads, remember to ask for fat-free or low-fat dressing.

Eat at home or bring your own food to the office as often as possible and buy healthy food at the grocery store. Once you're accustomed to eating healthy (and it won't take long!), you will have very few cravings for junk food (and at that point, it will be ok to cheat occasionally). Do it now, commit, and you'll appreciate it for life!

Diet-pills will never work alone, but can help you kick-start your metabolism and improve your enthusiasm for weight loss - at least in the short-term. Do not use any diet-pill(s) for longer than a month or so.

Ultimately, people want quick results - and that can happen - but regardless, if you can just improve a few simple habits, you can learn to stay lean for life!

I feal your pain. I was working a computer repair job for a while working 10 hour days in the office and gaining wait rapidly. For someone in this situation where exercise isn't going to be effective there is only one way to stop gaining weight and that is to cut back on your eating. Every calorie is going to count for you. Switch to healty snacks or no snacks at all and cut back the size of the meals you eat. Also take every chance you get to burn calories. Take the stairs every where instead of elevators.

Find small ways to increase you movement throughout the day. Some simple ways are parking further than usual and walking into work, using the stairs instead of the lift. Make better food choices and aim to consume less processed food. Make sure you don't carry change for vending machine or cash for the local cafe and pack a healthy lunch.

Cut the sugar intake. That helps alot and make sure you eat small healthy meals at least 5-7 times a day every three hours. Eat plenty of fish, wite rice, veggies. Make sure you have something whole grain or yogurt to snack on at work. Or during lunch walk around the building. Make sure you brink some water too!

well the way to change ur eating habits is tell yourself what do you eat everyday thats making u gain weight? the way how i lost weight was drinking alot of water everyday, watching what a eat , and running every morning but try that out for the month thats coming up water everyday, breakfast in the morning and take a run after that, then have a light lunch with a fruit and salaid with water, and have a decent dinner not with a hole lot of fat in it thats what helped me out and do sid ups every night b4 u go to bed 50 sets

Join a gym and go exercise before work or after work or both. Maybe start walking to and from work? eat lots of veggies drink lots of water. you need to exercise..

u can xcercise while u are sitting down.u can get palm size ball n squeeze it as many times as possible.or wen u r on ur way to ur office or lunch,use d stairs.if u r on d ground floor,just go up severals flights of stairs b4 u enter or leave ur office n increase the number of stairs subsequently...think of something inspirational n 'U CAN DO IT'..gd luck...inform me of any progression k...

You can do his yoga 30 mints atleast early morning n evening u problem will be solved we are all doin n terrific results is there. His yoga coming live in Aastha channel its coming to US , UK also.(channel in TV)
