I'm scared of eating, scared of not eating, scared of people at work, scared of looking ill, etc.

I cannot relax...and I feel now I should not have eaten b/c I got 10 x more nervous. But at least I'm at home. I can't eat protein; it upsets me and makes me fat. I am at my wits end. I have to be more "perfect" so I don't worry but it is very, very hard.

Please, how can I be a better person so that I don't have to worry? I must be worrying for a reason. If there was no truth to it, I would not worry, right? I don't know. Why does everyone hate me? I can't help it if I can't be like them and pig out. Nobody said anything but I am afraid the other shoe will drop any day b/c I "look" a certain way. Perhaps I should wear blush so that my cheeks look rosy? What can I do?

I have a friend that drinks and parties every weekend...and she seems to get sick with the flu ALOT! any virus that goes around she usually gets it. Could this be from the alcohol? does it lower the immune system if you drink every weekend?

I'm pouring on the Echinacea, staying hydrated, and drinking green tea to help ease the discomfort. It's not HURTING as much as it is just a dull throb. However, I know this throb will turn into a sore throat far too easily.

Any advice?

Please do not say "it'll be gone before your wedding" or "you're just too stressed!"

I would like to go to therapy. I've been to a social worker before. I'm wondering if it would be better to go to a psychologist? Are they better trained in counseling? Or would they be too clinical? There is a chance that I have a chemical problem aside from just thinking in negative ways. I know you need a psychiatrist to get medicine. I've been to them before also, but legal drug dealing seems to be all they're good for. They don't want to talk to you. I've asked if there are tests to check what kind of imbalance you may have and they say there aren't any. They just throw different pills at you hoping one works which is time consuming and frustrating.

So I'm looking to talk to someone. I want to do that for sure. I've also been considering Wellbutrin. I've tried Zoloft (couldn't do the side effects), Effexor (made me too speedy feeling so I stopped), and Paxil which had no side effects really but didn't make much difference either.

Any ideas?

When you have a cold sore, is it always in a patch of fever blisters, or can it be just one. I think that I have a canker sore. It was a sore with like a dip in the middle, i used peroxide on it so it didnt get a white spot, is there any possibility of it being a cold sore?

I was told that I had asthma as a baby and then out grow it. I don't remember having it. Well I recently had a cold and then bronchitis( I think it bronchitis I usually develop after a cold but don't have the money to go to the dr now). It been about a week but I am still wheezing alot. The cough sound productive but nothing really comes up. I lay in bed and listen to wheezing sound that comes out of me. When I wake up in the morning my chest feel so tight. I was just wondering if anyone develop asthma from bronchitis. I am also a smoker trying quick.
