honey and lemon mixed with hot water, and maybe a little bit of sugar to sweeten it too. if u have any gliserine ( sorry i know thats not how its spelt lol) in the house add that too

also get a bowl of hot water, add some vapor rub stuff into it. put your head over the bowl and cover with a towel so no steam escapes. this should help with you congestion and help clear it out.

If you don't want to take medicine, take a very hot, long shower and don't turn on the fan. The heat and steam from the shower will break up the nastiness in your nose and lungs. You'll have to cough and blow your nose a bit more, but things will start to clear up. Likewise, drink lots of hot fluids.

For congestion, you can try irrigating your sinuses. This is a method where you basically breath saltwater through your nose into your sinus and spit it out your mouth. The water rinses the nastiness away, and the salt helps the broken blood vessels and irritation heal. It's gross, but it really works.

Hi there,
My friend Rose was about 50 when she first came upon a new natural kidney healing program. Her life had been devastated, literally ruined with stage 4 kidney disease. She had no life, no job because she was too sick to work, not enough energy to see her friends and sat around most of the time watching TV. She basically was waiting around for kidney failure and to start dialysis. She is much better now. She followed a natural method with great results.
