Doesn't matter if you did or not. You can anyhow say you are still a virgin since there is no difference for a virgin man and a non-virgin man. Ask her if she is still a virgin instead (provided it is her first time with you)!

What were you doing to make you "black out" ? Your penis doesn't work if you brain isn't working. So yes , I think you are still a virgin. Wouldn't it be great to at least participate in the act & have some knowledge of whether you sucked or not? Not literally "sucked" !!
