It sounds like you need to Reset your body. Try this from Dr.Strand and the scientists at Usana Health Sciences. I have known many friends that have done it as well and it works, but the true effects are in the follow up stages to keep your body on the right lifestyle track. The Reset consists of 5 days. You get everything from low-glycemic shakes to nutritional bars and their nutritional supplements. You can also eat 1 serving of fruit and veggies everyday and by day 5 you will have lost the carb cravings and be well on your way to a healthier lifestyle.

Drink at least 4 litres of bottled still mineral water per day (anyone who suggests it is a hype has no idea what they are talking about)
Avoid aspartame and caffeine like the plague.
Do what others suggest - stop eating that total garbage will kill you.
You are feeling the effects of depleting a group of complex carbohydrates which serve to transfer biological data at cellular level. What you really need is a supplement of these, cheaper than empty vitamin tablets by the way.
All-in-all you are taking the right approach, good for you.
Take care.

Water, water and more water.
You could also take a liver cleansing supplement like Milk Thistle which is available at health food stores.
Eat wholemeal bread, lean meats and fresh fruit and veg as much as possible. The first few days you detox you may get headaches and your skin may break out, but once you get past that you will have a flat (not bloated) tummy and will feel great!
Also, avoid alcohol during this period for maximum effect. You can drink later when you feel better!

The best is just distilled water 2-3 liters (2-3 quarts a day). The teas have different nutrition and goodness about them, but since you aren't trying to solve any problems, just flush, start with water. But since tap water contains chlorine and other chemicals, that is why I understand distilled to be better.

It may be too late to "flush" something out after you've eaten. They have already absorbed in your system. If you feel bloated, etc...take some antacids or peptol-bismol to help with the discomfort from fast foods. Start exercise to burn those extra calories and fats that you just consumed. Nothing else will help you to flush them out, not even tea.

Alright, listen to this -
Take in plenty of fiber rich foods, make sure you go all the way and buy no sugar added products.
If you are willing and determined enough, drink Green Tea. The real thing, with packaged greens and whatnot in the teabag. I'd advise meal replacements instead of your lunch if you are trying to get lean. Organic power bars are your friends, and so are protein bars.
And plenty, plenty of water.
seriously, if you're not doing anything, just chug a bottle of water.
You'll feel alot better,
trust me.

I'm hearing on the radio A LOT that WOW colon cleanser (www.roex.com) is AWESOME. The radio DJ's are swearing by it. I haven't tried it, but I've heard nothing but good things. Warning though - Don't take it prior to attending a big event, etc. - stay close to home, is what I hear. Good luck!

No need to "flush." Just stop eating junk, and start eating healthy.
