I can only take it that yu are describing a really bad headache. I would suggest that you seek medical attention if it does not improve with over the counter medications. Migraine headaches are terrible and can keep a person down for days. Sometimes the problem can be more serious. Try purchasing a migraine patch sold at drugstores usually, and see if that releives your symptoms. Make sure that yu have your blood pressure checked reguraly too. Good luck!

I would suggest the following course of treatment:
1. Go to your local "prescription outlet", usually found in a dark alley.
2. After you have acquired the proper medication(s), stop by the local market for a six-pack of the best or favorite locally brewed beer.
3. Return to your abode.
4. Swallow the first acquisition, followed immediately by the second.
5. Within approx. 30 minutes, all symptoms should be alleviated!
6. For the idiots who may read the above statements: THIS IS A JOKE! DO NOT ATTEMPT!!!

This is going around at the office. Wrap your head in Duct Tape and your computer in Saran Wrap. It's difficult to get blood out of the keyboard.

I have a feeling that you can find any number of doctors qualified to tackle your illness in Mexico or Brazil.
I found this site that will teach you how to identify and hire bad Mexican doctors:
