the air-con in my house been borken for the past few days (outside temp 120F). i started noticing little clusters of painless/colorless/kind of firm&itchy&annoying pimples on the sides of my thumbs and index fingers. ive had it before but to a much lesser degree.
it got alot worse last night but thank god the air-con was finally fixed this morning and the rash started to disappear. is this heat allergy?

i was told i only can eat 1300 calories a day..but my problem is how to count up the calories..i dont know if i should count the calories or count the calories from fat..ok say if i eat some cereal and the calories is 160 but the calories from fat is 25..which one should i count from..beacause i keep track of my calories each day..plus the amount per serving got me mess'd up two..cant yall please help me out

My 7 year old is very curious about how the body works, not just the usual things but how the nerves all work together to make your hands move etc. I have tried explaining but really struggling! Is there a book (with English spellings) that someone could recommend that could explain things simply and clearly?

Hi everyone, I'm having terrible trouble waking up in the morning when my alarm goes off. It's not that I'm being lazy and lying awake in bed, I just cannot keep my eyes open and always fall back to sleep. I've got a white spot on the back left side of my throat, I just noticed it this morning because I felt like something was stuck in my throat. I had a look, its about the size of a pen nib, doesn't hurt and feels a bit like sand paper when I swallow. Does anyone know what this is? I have heard that it can be food that accumulates in the cavities in your throat.

anyone experienced this before? ive been in pain on ma right side waist for 2 weeks. the pain is on off. today i went to the doc. she said, i might have gastro or gallbladder [im experiencing nausea, wanna vomit, fever, something stuck in ma chest a.k.a heartburn]. so i just took a blood test today and i passed out in the public transport after that [vision was so blur, became yellow vision and ears seemed deaf]. then 2moro im gonna have a xray on ma stomach area. the result will come out in a week.

im so scare and now im having this extreme anxiety feeling like i wanna die and feels so weak. my body temperature in unstable, but most of the time is like fever and sometimes dizzy. i take panadol. my left arm is in numb due to blood test.

i wonder what i should eat and not for a while. i lost my appetite too. i feel so frustrated!! help! any suggestion?

but it was goin great for awhile i'd miss a month here and there but i just won't get it..i lost my insurance so can't go to the doctors. It's been like this since i was 14ish i'm 25 i was suppose to go on birth control back then but my mom didnt want that..what's wrong with me?

I would like to get one of those tests where you have to read texts of decreasing size in order to find out which strength of reading glasses are needed. If possible I would like to find one that can be printed off rather than just veiwed on a screen. If not, does anyone know the normal font types and/or sizes that are used to test near vision in a standardised way?

I only needed the birth control for the summer, and so after my period in august i stopped using the patch. I didnt have sex at all after that and still havent so decided not to stay on birth control until i really need it again, except my period this month hasnt happened yet and i thought it should have happened like a week and a half ago. I'm pretty sure it might just be my body getting use to not being on the patch, at least i hope thats what it is? How late is it going to make me be? I had cramping over the weekend pretty bad but usually when that happens i start the day after, and i still havent started... i dont want to worry about being pregnant

I was on Depo for about 3 years and it made me put on a lot of weight so I decided not to have it anymore. I was due for an injection on 24th April this year but didn't go for it. So far I have had no bleeding what so ever and was just wondering what other peoples personal exerience was. How long did it take for you to have a period and then how long before your cycle was back to normal?
