i had a crazy argument with my dad, i was yelling, screaming, cryin. afterwards, i saw these red dots on my face. are these broken blood vessels, and will they heal?

I get the same thing if I row. I find a nap helps them go. Its just the way some people are.

yes these are broken blood vessels and they will heal. it is called petechia. it is mostly seen on the face or skin of people with a fair complexion.

Yes, they are broken capillaries, and yes, they will gradually fade. They are mini-bruises, so they may turn black/purple as they heal.
Try not to do that anymore---that is a sign that your blood pressure was WAY too high at the time.
