Just because a particular diet pill works for someone doesn't mean that it will work for you. Weight loss pills are widely advertised as a quick method to lose weight. These are food supplements and are not regulated by the FDA or any authority. They have severe side effects. Some weight loss pills may help you lose weight for a short time, but after a month or so, the body becomes immune to them. I found information on weight loss pills and their side effects at http://www.toloseweight.org/weightlosspill.html

It depends on how you use it. You can watch what you eat and excesses to lose weight for the most part but we all need a boost sometimes to get our self started. Try them until you get a regular routine down then go off them and stay on your routine. Good luck :)

Try ones with a natural ingredient, like ma huang or guarana root. They're safer. Not sure about their effect on weight loss, but they definitely give me energy!!

They do work, but they are dangerous. They can cause heart damage, blood sugar problems (from starving oneself) and are generally not a health weight-loss methos.

they are not good for you. when you stop taking them your body will crash and hang on to every last calorie you put in your mouth. Not a good idea.
