Or was it your head you are mentioning when you asked SHAKE RATTLE & ROLL ?
In that case you need to be commited to a Mental Hospital !

shakes,rattles and rolling? all at the same time eh? you must be aving a bad one today,Have you seen a doc? if not why not,shakes and rattling very often means your body is craving for something, could be alcohol, any type of drug, your body is going through withdrawls. feel better soon go to the docs...
