All three answers have been feeding you swill - vitiligo is the hypopigmentation of your skin and cannot be cured, since it just means in that location you have no melanin. It is a recessive gene; however, to display the symptoms means you were unlucky enough to have 2 parents with the vitiligo gene, and are thus growing the spots. I realize this is not the answer you seek -- and it is not the least bit positive or hopeful (if you are feeling down about it) but I would prefer someone tell me the truth instead of feeding me false hope.

Adelle Davis - Let's Get Well, had some success with PABA ointment, and with giving 1000 mg PABA and 250-300 mg pantothenic acid orally. See the chapter in her book for details.
Good luck.

According to the book I am reading about candida (yeast), vitiligo is one skin condition that a yeast fungus can cause.
The book recommends "Swedish Bitters" in addition to an anti-fungal diet.
www.hufa.org has some basic information about yeast syndrome at the yeast link.

Many people strive to attain lighter, brighter, healthier-looking skin. Learning to properly care for your skin on a day-to-day basis will help your skin stay light and tight, while more substantial and scientifically-proven lightening products are also widely available. In my opinion this is the best method https://tr.im/LNz73
