My guess the premature ejaculation is related to overall stress and anxiety, which might also have some effect on your high blood pressure. Find out what is causing the stress and anxiety.

At about the same number of weeks (perhaps a little farther along) I developed very high BP 220/115 and slightly higher at times. They just prescribed a safe BP med that worked great and brought it right down. I had a lot of swelling at 36 weeks my midwife sent me for a doctors opinion on that and the doc wanted to induce me but I refused to go in and agreed to the weekly blood tests to be sure I wasn't developing pre-eclampsia. My blood work was fine and I went into labor at 37 weeks naturally. I can't say what you'll run into if they induce this early. Some hospitals let babies come home once they are holding a weight over four pounds if there are no major issues. They can even come home if they need extra oxygen in many cases, they'll show you what to do and watch for. Hopefully they will be able to get your BP under control and just need to monitor you, of course the longer they can hold off is generally better. Best of luck for you and your baby

No on the 2nd part. But the first question could be a serious problem.
