She may have a yeast infection. Those two usually go hand in hand. Utter hell, but better for her to go get it checked out. She may be pre-diabetic or diabetic if this happens often. Or eats or drinks too much sugar. High amounts of sugar in your body results in UTI's and yeast infections. Again, only the doctor is going to be able to help in these situations. Good luck!

(p.s. I had a similar problem a few years ago when I started making delicious homeade fruit smoothies. I also had an underlying condition called PCOS that causes your sugar levels to skyrocket. Those two things together kept giving me yeast infections and I had my first ever UTI. ugh! Just to reiterate, seeing a good doc is really important for your female health!)

Discharge is one of the fun side effects of antibiotics. Be a good boyfriend and go to the health foodstore and buy her some probiotics.Active Acidophilus mixtures and and other things that I can't pronounce are now made in capsule form. Have her take 3 capsules per meal 3 times per day for a week and then lower the amount if the yeast seems to be going away. You'll need to refrigerate this as it's an active compound.Monistat is generally used for the treatment of yeast overgrowth vaginally but it's nasty stuff and could possibly make her feel worse.( and itchy).Probiotics are the way to go.

Yes, its normal and very common. The antibiotics used to treat the UTI can also kill the healthy bacteria in the vagina, which can lead to a yeast infection, hence the discharge. Yeast infections can go away without treatment if it is not too bad.

Yea, she could have a yeast infection or her uti could be caused by an sti like clamydia or something and is not experiencing problems from that. More antiboitics would clear it up. Send her back to the doctor for a proper diagnoses.

She needs to go back to a gynocologist. Discharge is not normal.
