I had an abdominal ct scan.One notation was a small adenoma on an adrenal gland, but my Dr has not said any thing to me about it.

I was prescribed Ultram about seven years ago at 50 mg 1-2 tablets p.o. b.i.d. to t.i.d. From time to time I have been as high as 4 p.o. b.i.d., then have gone back down as stress became less. I have had a few instances where I have run out and I have been absolutely miserable with chills, cold sweats, shakes, weakness, pain, numbness, tingling, dizziness, nausea, diarrhea and headaches. I was unable to do anything except try to sleep, but couldn't even do that until I fell asleep out of exhaustion. I really want to be off this medication as I feel out of control and like a drug addict when I can't get it. How can I get off of it without experiencing the horrible withdrawal?

I'm only 18 and i'm starting to get spider veins. I have one obvious one on the back of my leg and one on my thigh. If I press down on my skin (on my legs) i can see little ones but i'm not sure if their going to become noticable. I have a habit of sitting on my legs and crossing my legs. I also know that my grandma has spider and variocose veins.

Here's the deal, Yesterday I was diagnosed with Diabetes. I'm only 21. My blood sugar levels were 307. Does any one know if you can tell what type of diabetes you have by the number? How would I know? I am currently looking for a doctor since I dont have one at the moment.

Just started playing football again at the age of 22 after a couple of years away (still got it), been jogging and staying fit in between but really struggling to take oxygen in a multi-paced game of football. Obviously doing sprints and generally working on changing paces whilst running will help but is there any experts who could throw a bit more advice at me?
