i heard from a gas station worker that people with ADHD, if they drink alot of coffee. they get calmed down.


does that sound logical?

yes it does some logical. Stuff that is a stimulant to people without ADHD actually work to calm down some people with ADHD

Ritalin and caffeine are both stimulants, and people with adhd have a reversed reaction to stimulants, and depressants too!, benedryll can hake adhd kids hyper, while it knocks out most folks

no it doesnt seem logical but it is true.

caffeine and anti ADHD drugs it dont calm you down, they increases your mental alertness which increases your focus, and the increase in focus makes people seem calmed down. ritalin and the other prescription drugs are stimulants that are sorta similar to caffeine, only a lot stronger

It's true for some people. Probably has something to do with chemistry or something. My husband drinks caffeine and his ADD calms way down.
