~I would guess that if you get the rest of your body to be as fat as your head must be to come up with such an inane question, you should be able to stop most everything up to a .44 magnum.

There is an estimated size. But use armour. German WW2 snipers used 6mm of steel to peak their helmets - this may have done the trick of deflecting a typical .303 of the day BUT you got to consider the force on the neck as well. I'd not like to get hit despite a 12g breastplate (2mm) as a modern bullet would rip through my steel like butter. The other option would be tazer. I always wanted to breakdance. :-)

Your method of armour plating yourself are unconventional to say the least. You might be better with a layer of extermal fat from say a pif or a seal made into a jaket and won over your own clothes, but you need it to be midwinter in north of Scotland for that, else you melt.
However, there are no terrorists up there so it would be a waste of warmth wearing such a smelly jacket.

You can be so fat you have to roll instead of walk, and a bullet can still pierce your brain - is THAT considered a major organ?

Pretty darned fat I guess. Fat is just pockets of water, so I doubt it would slow a bullet down much.

for how delicate fat is, quite a bit. crisco is pretty much pure fat; think of how weak the consistancy is. id say a couple thousand pounds, but youd die of a coronary long before the bullet hit you

You are human, moron. Not a superhero. You are not bulletproof, no matter how fat you are. If you plan on using fat as a means of not dying from a gunshot wound, don't worry, your heart will kill you first.

Depends upon the calible of bullet, and velocity.
I would like to see anyone survive from an armour piercing shell.

your body will never be bullet proof, if you think about speed of bullet going through soft matter then you would have to be about 100 stone, if the bullet didn't kill you then your heart would as it would pack up under the strain.
