I have been on a diet for five days now. I am sticking to mainly fruit and veg. I have been having the cayenne, maple syrup and lemon juice cleanse with water in the morning and doing 30 mins of low impact exer. a day ( i have a bad back) how well do you think I will do? Any ideas for a salad based dinner for about 350 calories? thank you every one.

A decade or so ago I was diagnosed as lactose intolorance, but even when I went off of all dairy products for more than a week I'd still have stinky gas. I'm tired of this because it's ruining my social life, and preventing me from having new friends or a boyfriend(never had one but bet that's it) and it'll probably prevent me from getting a job. I don't have a sense of smell though but the people that know me really well tell me when it stinks or not when I flactuate.

I tried beano, everything. I'm on charcoal pills and I still flactuate and they're still smelly! I've never been to an allergy doc though. Also most of my gas is unintentional and unexpected. This is soo embarrasing!

Also my dorm room stinks too of "dead gas(from flactuating)". All the doctors say is that if they could find the cure they'd be millionares.

Am I just doomed or what? Any suggestions?

Where do you find a food allergy doc? Never been to one.

How do you know if you have an ulcer? Why do we get them?
If you have taken Zantac and still have the acid reflux. This has gone on for months. The Zantac helps but as soon as you don't take them it comes back.
If you do have one, what can happen if it is not checked? What is the worst senario? What does the doctor do to get rid of it?

ago he was bit by a large ant on the foot. At first it got red and swollen, and now it's blisstered. Also he is having leg pains now and is feeling week and sick. Should he go to the doctor? I'm worried. What could it be? Thanks

Within 3 months I have lost 20 lbs. Usually I would love the fact as I have been trying to lose weight for the last 10 years. But I have no appetite and I am afraid I am just going to keep losing weight. I really am not trying to lose weight. Right now I am 116 lbs which is not underweight but getting there.

About 5 months ago I ended a relationship, but I do not miss the relationship or miss my ex. I am not depressed, if anything I am happy and have increased interest in life (including another man). Could this have something to do with it? Should I be worried?
