My dad committed suicide a little less then two yrs ago, and I'm still coping. I was 14 then and now basecally 2yrs later here, i am blaming myself, I don't pity or nonsense I truthful answers from people who have gone throught the losing a loved one to suicide.

Eat just vegetables, fruit, rice, potatoes and some dairy like milk and cheese in little amounts everyday plus light excersise?
Any ideas. I'm on it right now and well it makes me feel a lot better than eating junk all the time.

About 8 weeks ago, I woke up one morning with a rash in my mouth, and bloating in the stomach. This got worse and turned to really bad heartburn.

My GP was clueless and suggested I try a mouthwash, and anatcids. They were no help, so I self medicated with ranitidine. Went back to the doc and he put me on a 4 week course. Didn't work. And now the heartburn is back, but the mouth rash comes and goes..

I think I might have H.Pylori (getting a bloodtest). Or an ulcer or something.

Has anyone had success using Manuka honey to treat this problem? Similar story?

I had an abortion a year and a half ago when i was 21. i loved my boyfriend (the baby's father) very much, but i was young and i barely even had a job. There was no way I could tell my parents I was pregnant either. They hated my bf and they're very religious. I regretted doing it right when I woke up from surgery. I got really angry and depressed and it ruined my relationship w/ my boyfriend. He left me shortly after. He wants nothing to do with me, and I think about him and the baby everyday. I miss them both.

I was forced to suppress my feelings though because he didn't want to talk about it. He just acted like it never happened. And if I ever got sad about seeing a baby or baby clothes etc. he would call me crazy. I wasn't allowed to be sad or cry. To him it was such a normal thing because all the women he knows have had at least 2 abortions and they're totally okay with it. So he figured it was no big deal, and I was weird to be upset.

I wish more than anything that I could go back to that day and change what I did. It's almost too much to bear. I can't stop crying, and I'm so scared. I want God to forgive me. I've prayed for forgiveness everyday since then. I don't have anyone to talk to. I don't have any friends and my parents don't know. I just cry and talk to my puppy about it. and Jesus too. I'm so sad.

Even simple things, my mother is such a slops, all I want it's ask her to leave 'half' of the table (in the center living room) without her stuff. I have no money, no job, I need to live with her. I cannot move out.

I hated her, she is so messy, I don't care if her bedroom is messy. But I just want to have 'half' of a table (in the living room) empty. I hated this house that I live in, it's been yearS.

Please don't suggest "get her to see a counsellor", or "therapist", because she will not go.

Hello! My sister died in 2002 from an acute air embolism from scuba diving 28 feet down and then shooting straight up because her equipment failed and she had a sinus and ear infection. It killed her in 5-7 minutes, from what the reports say--brain dead. The only way I can diet is by cutting out fat altogether. I used to be able to eat anything without putting weight on but now as soon as I eat much in the way of fat/sugar, the pounds pile on.
