If you mean being stressed out to the max, try breathing deeply and drink some chamomile tea. Very soothing. Also a warm bath with some aveena soothing bath therapy will help.

Avoid MSG, Sodium Phosphates, and Calcium DiSodium EDTA in your food. They all make you extremely hyper if you have food sensitivities to them. Get a massage. Try not to stress out your nerves by repetitive tasks (as in point, click, point, click, point, click...). Repititious use of muscles and nerves can lead to horrendous aches and pains in the shoulders and neck (and give you horrible headaches).

Well, it depends on if its mental nerves or your nerves in your arms, legs, wherever. Neorontin is great for the nerves.
