I am painfully shy sort of person.I have this problem while meeting people,I just cant help feeling a repulsion when I need to converse with people.I use energy, control my breath to talk to another person .at home,I neednt have eye contact with people.Sometimes , in the morning I just feel difficult to get out of the bed coz of this problem . Moroever I avoid going out at time coz I wud stumble upon some aquaintance and if I might blush which might make both of US feel bad !! A typical situation is the Flat security , I feel "I might have to smile at him" else he wud feel I am a snob ...and smile doesnt come automaticaly if it does I shud make sure I aint blushing, I have to make it up...such trivial things like meeting people u know( not ur friends) and dealing with them gives me hiccups. I am a very ambitious person in general and have good academic pedigree, I wanna progress in life hopefully become a businessman which is my aspiration . Please advice me , thx a lot for ur supp

I've been lifting weights for about 6 months and had decent results. I initially focused on losing weight and went from 165 to 140, and have been focused on adding muscle since I lost the fat. In 6 months I have seen progress, but it is a slow process. I have a good regimen that I follow lifting 3 days per week, lifting heavy with low reps in 6 to 8 range with about 75 to 80% of my max when using the bench press. I eat clean seven days a week, 6 meals a day, about 3000 calories, lot's of protien. But I am a vegetarian and I believe this is the reason I am not progressing as fast as I would like. I really like the upside that I have read about creatine, giving you short bursts of engery to lift more weight, and the bulking effect it will have with the water retention. But I am concerned about the side effects - kidney problems, hair loss, change in tempermant, etc. Please tell me only what you know from experience, results & side effects - not what you've heard. Thank you.

My mother has cancer (lung w/metastasis) and her birthday is coming up. I wanted to buy her a necklace that I saw on Bidz one time that had a golden pendant in the shape of the cancer ribbon. She would really like that but now I can't find it. Does anyone know where I can find this necklace? Or have any ideas for other gifts?

Averagely,i masturbate about twice a week, and recently feel guilty after masturbating that i'd talk to myself it's a sin and should do anything to avoid that in case of premature ejaculation. My friends as well as my dad told me that it's fine ,out of question to do it ,but must be moderate, but i now am totally abstinent from jacking off. Am i normal?

I went to a social event last night and had a few glasses of wine. I got home around midnight and I woke up with the feeling of water in my left ear. But i didnt shower the night before and I havent this morning. I try rocking my head to each side to shake it out but it stays there. Is this an earache? Can i do anything to get rid of it?

Thanks

I'm a 38 yr.old male who has worked out ,off and on(mostly off) since I was 19.I started back into it full time with the intention of putting on some serious muscle about 1 1/2 years ago and made decent gains at first, but have been stuck for about 8 months now, especially arms.I have tried hitting them twice a week, once a week,6-8 reps,8-10 reps, supersets, with chest and back,by themselves, only 3 sets a once a week, protein powder, you name it- I've pretty much tried it,but I'm always willing to listen to new ideas.Any tips?I'm not very big-about 5'10 172 lbs.with only 15" arms and have always been a hard gainer. My metabolism is crazy and even at 38 I have no problem staying lean and ripped......any ideas would be appreciated

If I go to the doctor's, won't they say that I don't, as many people with mental health issues consider themselves to be mentally well? And if I say I need a rest from life, will they send me to a mental health hospital? I think I need to go to one, but I don't think I am a danger to myself or others. In the film "Girl, Interrupted" Susannah got sent to the institution for a 'rest' - I think I need this. How do I go about getting it?

Serious answers only please.
