I do a lot of weight traing and c/v but since the birth of my 2nd child have had trouble motivating myself to train, it may just be tiredness due to broken sleep but what can i do to get myself going again?

Working out at home requires much more self-discipline and motivation.

If you don't feel like joining a gym, try to set a fixed training schedule, write a log (to check your own improvements) and try to look for your "own-self-motivators" (music, fitness magazines, etc).

if possible, try to get someone to work out with your from time to time!

The truth is that there are to many distractions at home. You may workout for a month or two, but will eventually stop. Even pro bodybuilders who have dedicated gyms in their homes say the same.

Get yourself to a gym. It's cheap and you get into a good atmosphere where everyone is working hard. You also get away from home, where you hear in the background the tv, baby crying, Mrs shouting, smell of cooking etc etc.

It could possible me tiredness. If you need motivation, set out a goal, and stick with it. Listen to good music. Cheers.

The first thing you need to do is to identify why you need to train. If you can give yourself a reason and an ultimate goal then you will find it much easier.

get a friend or spouse someone who will hold you accountable and will encourage you , put your weights where they are in sight so when you get up you will get them and train

do the cleaning and while watching your soaps do training then you burn a lot of calories ironing
