Hello, I'm on the second week and seeing definite improvement on my yeast infection symptoms:

Note that: If the yeast infection doesn't respond to over the counter treatment, prescription medication will likely be necessary. Similarly, if the symptoms return after two months of being treated, you should contact the doctor for professional treatment rather than resorting again to home treatment.

If this is the first time you have experienced a yeast infection, you should schedule an appointment to have the condition treated by a doctor instead of resorting to home treatment

Plain yogurt is a great (albeit messy) way for getting rid of yeast infections and reestablishing the normal pH balance in the vagina.
A turkey baster or medince syringe would be the best way to administer the yogurt treatment.... squirt a few tablespoons of yogurt in several times a day until you feel better.... you can't overdose on yogurt and as long as you can deal with the dribbles (use a pantyliner) you can keep using it to clean out your body.

Plain yoghurt is very good, and another alternative is bicarbonate of soda, mixed with a little water. Make it into a thick paste, and insert. Very safe and stops the itch. Good luck horrible thing to have

DON'T PUT ANYTHING UP YOUR COOZE!!!! Go see a doctor. You may need a prescription drug if the strain is too potent. NO HOME REMEDIES, ITS NOT WORTH THE RISK!!!!
