what is the diffrence between skim milk and none fat milk ?
im trying to lose weight , what should i drink skim milk or none fat milk ?

Milk producers reduce milk calories by taking out more or less cream. Non fat milk has no cream while skim milk has a little bit.

I thought non-fat milk & skim milk were the same? We drink skim at home and it says fat content 0 grams....

Skim milk still has some fat in it and non-fat milk has no fat in it . Either choice is good but it is up to your personal taste as to which you choose.

skim milk has 2% milk fat, while non fat has, well, none.

skim... non fat there is apparently no fat in it... in skim there is a little... but if you go on a diet with all "non fat" foods, then when do have something with fat in it, your body will store all the fat that you get from it, because you have been depriving your body... exercise is very important too...

skim milk is made from milk powder where as none fat milk is natural but cream has been taken out it.

none cream milk is more hygienic

go for non fat skim still has fat as a matter a fact if you are serious go to soy that will really make a difference

They are both basically the same. Theyre both good on a diet.
