Masturbation is normal and in fact it is very good for your reproductive system especially your prostate. You feel guilty because of one of the side affects of the endorphines that are secreted as a result of orgasm. They calm and relax you but also in some men bring on a since of guilt for feeling so calm. Masturbation is not a sin because it is not mentioned in the bible in either the old or new testament. It is more than okay it is good, healthy, and it feels great. So do it as often as you want and get rid of the guilt thing. If you want to be religious celebrate life don't check out on life.

Masturbation is not a sin nor is it unhealthy unless you carry on to the exclusion of every thing else.
Some religious branches promote the idea that masturbation is a sin based on a man named Onan in the Bible.
Back in Onan's time, if your brother died without having any children to carry on his name, it was your duty as his nearest male relative to go and have sex with his widow so that she could raise up a child in her dead husband's name. Primarily this was for inheritance purposes.
Onan did not want to give the widow a child so he pulled out and let his seed spill on the ground. Back then, what Onan did was bad, NOT because he let his seed spill on the ground, but because he refused to get the widow pregnant.
Religious founders have turned that into masturbation is a sin. It is not.

Masturbation can be defined as self-stimulation to cause sexual sensations. The use of the word masturbation usually suggests that the person is manipulating his or her genitals to the point of intense pleasure or orgasm. (Orgasm refers to a period of intense excitement in which genital muscles enter in to a series of highly-pleasurable contractions or movements).
While masturbation can involve another person, most of us think of it as a very private act. According to some health care providers masturbation allows a healthy way to express & explore your sexuality and to release sexual tension without all the associated risks of sexual intercourse. Health professionals generally agree that this private touching is a natural, normal mode of self-exploration and sexual expression. Unfortunately, after the excitement of the moment has passed, many people find themselves filled with guilty and or shame.
Our attitudes about masturbation have deep roots for sure. Around the turn-of-the-century, some adults were so against masturbation that they forced their daughters to wear gloves made of a steel-wool-like material (like Brillo pads) at night and to put a powder on their genitals that made them painful to touch. They made their sons wear metal chastity belts at night that made it painful to have an erection. During the 1820s male masturbation was prevented by piecing the foreskin with a wire and soldering the ends together. Boys and girls were discouraged from masturbation by the threat of blindness, madness and illness. Of course, all of these are not true.
Most surveys suggest that approximately 94% of teenage males "admitted" that they masturbated and about 70% of teen females "admitted" to this also. It’s always hard to establish absolute truth in any survey on sexuality and sexual behavior, since they are influenced so much by what people think is "normal". It is important to note the word "admitted" in the results of these surveys. Doesn't that word imply something shameful about the act of masturbating? We think so. This leads us to believe that we are still suffering from the residual Victorian morals when boys and girls were discouraged from masturbating.

No. A sin is to have sex before marriage. Male masturbation is right down necessary and healthy. If you weren't supposed to pull on it...God would have put it where you couldn't reach it. You have to relieve pressure and you have to clean the pipes.

you experience responsible because of the fact your mothers and dads taught you properly. :-) If it is the style you experience, possibly you may no longer experience your lady chum up. And if she notices which you do no longer try this anymore and asks why, be truthful along with her. She could basically admire you for it. And if no longer, you probable do no longer % to be along with her besides. relatively, you do no longer % to lose that "responsible" feeling, because of the fact in case you maintain doing issues that make you experience that way, it is going to go away, after which you will finally end up doing all sorts of issues which you under no circumstances concept you will possibly do. i think of assorted people go down that street (me coated) and it is tough getting lower back to the place you experience good approximately your self and your life after doing issues that, deep down, you won't consider.

Masterbation is not a sin. It is a healthy, normal activity for all males and females to enjoy. Pleasuring yourself is beneficial to your personal well being, unless you let someone else tell you it is wrong--that's because they are uptight and need to get off as well.

I'd feel guilty if I was masturbating twice a week. You lazy idle slacker. You should be doing it twice a day at least.

......Yep perfectly normal to masturbate, just about everyone does it, they just don't admit to it. 2 times a week is not excessive either. Feeling embarrassed, I think that's just the thought of getting caught. Have fun.
