regularly washing your face...be it 2 or 3 times a day. See a dermatologist to help. There are many products out there that work for some and not for others. Find what's best for you.

Dj, I suffered the same until I went to see my doctor. He prescribed a mild antibiotic called Oxytetracyclene which I've been using for years and it really does work. It takes about 2 months before you see the results but after that, they'll disappear altogether.

read the book the acne cure. works wonders by using a mixture of products containg gycolic acid and siliacic acid. however beware when using one product which contains both acids as when together they cancel the other out.

For moderate to severe acne problems, try proactive. I hear that it has amazing results.

Believe it or not, Proactiv is really good.

Just be careful, because it stains your clothing. So don't rub it anywhere and clean your fingers with napkins or towels that you don't mind using anymore.
