i have been 130 for about 2 weeks now, and i'm getting very flustered, are there any tricks to get my weight loss back on track. i lost 30 lbs and it seemed to just melt off, and now i'm stuck. i exercise 6 days a week and eat right, i never cheated and i drink water all day. i work out for at least an hour.

He is doing fewer pills than he has in the past, maybe three a day. I really dont know what he's doing or how many. we have 2kids together he is a good dad, and comes home to us everynight. It's just the lying, denying, about the problem. He lies about the money, I have to take care of everything. I've been dealing with this for a year, He's been doing pain pils for several years, we've been together for 11 years. I dont know whether to stay or leave. Maybe if I leave he'll know i'm serious. He thinks I'm always going to be there. If he can get through the argument and make excuses, that i'll be over it tomorrow, and he can go on hiding the problem. Please help

when it comes to school he gets very negetive, he always tells me that he is dumb,stupid, and ugly, he thinks very low of him self
he is not ugly and he is not dumb and stuid, he is very smart, i always let him know that he is a smart and good looking boy but he don't care what i have to say, i think it's because he is in middle school and kids usually don't take thier moms advice, what should i do to make him have a higher self esteem?he is always using the words i cant, and i dont know and i tell him all he has to do is try. i don't know what else to do. i feel bad for my baby.

I just quit smoking on Tuesday, and all week I've been so tired! Is this normal? Im using the patch. Has anyone else ever experienced this? Will it go away? Last night I went to bed at 10:30... I usually stay up til midnight!

Does anyone have any suggestions for someone who absolutely hates vegetables and is a very picky eater? The only vegetable I eat is corn, and I can't stand any other vegetables(trust me, I've tried). I was posted to Paris in 1999 for three years. White patches started in 2001 from the knee. I consulted many doctors there but no doctor satisfied us. I came back in 2002 and still now I have gone to different doctors i.e homeopathic, Ayurvedic, allopathic but there is no improvement. I would be grateful if you advice me for best treatment.

here are my symtoms
1. sound bothers me, it first started with loud mettalic sound but right now even ordinary sounds bother me eg the sound of my head touching a pillow etc
2. recently i started feeling mentally weak, i now avoid arguments or prolonged conversation since it affects me
3. i usually have these funny feeling inside my head eg itching or irritation inside my head and it makes me very uncomfortable, but i recently discovered that if i take a reasonalbe quantity of alcohol these feelings usually go away
4. i don't have friends anymore and can't make new friends cos i don't trust anyone

somebody plz tell me whats wrong with me, i wasn't like this be, i was perfectly ok during my school days, i am 32 now but i think these symptoms started 7 yrs ago, i am scared of telling my wife or parents cos i don't want them to feel that i am going insane, i still reason very well or act normally altho i've noticed that i now think slowly and making descions is now a problem

She says his feet and hands are peeling pretty bad. Like in chunks, has anyone went through this, and if so what did you find out about it, and what did you do!
He is 2, almost 3, and virtually has no other symptoms.

Ok, I took some Pamprin for my period about 2 hours ago. I got busy this morning running errands and I forgot that I took it and my sinuses got to acting up so I took some Tylenol Sinus without even thinking I had taken something else 2 hours ago. I have no idea if this will have an adverse affect on me. I tried contacting our poison control center with no luck (they put me on hold!). Does anyone know if I should be concerned? I have my 5 month old son in my care and I need to know if I'll be ok. I still feel ok.
