You can always take supplements for starters. Veggies are good for you no doubt, but if you dont like em, you dont like em. But you can try to mix them in foods like an egg omelet in the morning you can throw some veggies in that or make a souffle with veggies so the veggie flavors mix in. How about even a vegetable lasagna. I know you can also mix these veggies into a blender and make a drink but chances are, you wont care for that too much. In truth, even supplements are not the same as eating the real deal but its something. You could try if your not one for cooking a lot, you can make something in a crock pot like a stew if you have a crock pot that is. Throw the veggies right into that.

Spaghetti sauce, chili, beef stew. Make soup, boil cauliflower with some chicken stock, some spices, throw it in the blender, add some chicken or seafood.
Eat more fruit, but remember fruit is high in calories.
Make your own burgers at home, but add some finely chopped veggies to the raw meat.
If you don't eat veggies, every little bit makes a difference.

Daily vitamin will help, but not replace vegetables. Fruits will help as well, assuming you don't hate those too. I NEVER eat vegetables, with the exception of potatos, but do not feel unhealthy. Your body tends to adjust, just eat as healthy as you can.........

There are so many vegetables you should just keep trying.
Salad is yummy with avocado and croutons in addition to the usual tomato cucumber thing.
Eggs florentine has spinach and is very easy to make.
Zucchini with pasta and grated cheese.

Try different ethnic foods. Maybe you'll like vegetables better the way Indian or Japanese or Thai or Moroccan chefs use them in their dishes. Plus, a lot of different ethnic dishes can be very healthy.

Try fresh green beans instead of canned or frozen ones. Boil them in water until they are cooked (some like them crunchy). Then put some olive oil in a frying pan, sautee some mushrooms and garlic. Then add the green beans. Its delicious.

My husband doesn't eat many veggies so I tried to sneak them into other foods. For example, he loves stuffing. So I put onions and celery into the stuffing. I put them into the pot first with water or chicken broth, and cook them until they are so soft that they practically melt away in your mouth. Then I stir in the stuffing mix. The veggies are so soft and tender that he doesn't even know that they are in there! You can also try cooking and them pureeing asparagus or carrot or other veggies, and then mixing the puree with rice or risotto.

Mixed veg tastes nice with potatoes, gravy and some type of meat. You can get it so you don't taste the veg much. Or you could try and see if they still do the GM veg that taste like chocolate.
