I believe 1500-2000 an afternoon. Plus attempt eating total grain stuff somewhat of white, because of the fact it retains you finished longer. Granola bars are crammed with pointless sugars and fat. attempt eating yogurt and an apple, or a extreme fibre cereal, or something with nuts in it or dried fruit. i prefer to propose muslix, mini wheats, or particular ok vanilla and almonds. attempt taking a salad with your sandwich, or carrot sticks, yogurt, culmination; merely something greater desirable so as which you're no longer starving once you come abode. in case you go away your lunch bag contained in the refrigerator in one day that stuff could be ok until lunchtime.
