First, do you have high blood pressure, it is always high, or do you have hyper tension, which is when your blood pressure is all over the chart in including into the high range? If you have hyper tension you can do moderate exercise, 20 minutes or more a day, and change your diet to get results. If you have high blood pressure you will need to see your doctor and get the correct medications. Exercise and diet will help with both. The key things to do with the diet are;
1. Drink a lot of water, not soda, punch or fruit drinks, water is the key. It will help your body remove excess sodium, salt, from your system.
2. Use less salt and watch the sodium content in the foods you eat. Condiments are the worst.
3. Eat less red meat.
4. Eat fewer fats.
5 Eat a lot of vegetables and whole grain products. The fiber that is in them helps keep things moving through your system.
6. Eat nuts and fish, they have good, omega 3, oils in them and you need those.
7. Eat fewer sugary and highly processed foods. That means that Twinkies, cakes, doughnuts, and other very yummy foods are out!
The last thing to do is go out on eBay and get a home blood pressure machine and monitor your blood pressure. As you make changes to your daily routine check your blood pressure at least 3 times a day and give your changes 2 or 3 days to have an effect. As you do this you will find what works best for you.

If you can walk at least 2o minutes a day.. nothing vigorous.. it will impact your sugar levels.
As far as eating.. I had gestational diabetes.. and I was informed to eat a low carb diet. Not just meats. I ate a lot of wraps.. You can buy wheat wraps instead of flour and they are much lower, about 7 carbs each. Bread is about 14 cards per slice. I ate more protein foods as well, eggs, chicken, peanut butter. I also ate cottage cheese. I had to stay away from Soda and Fruit drinks. It wasn't easy. Good luck!

From my opinion some things you can do, is avoid stress, by not wondering over unnecessary things, do not make big deals out of very little things, and try to keep you self as happy as you can.
Some things you should not eat are; foods that contain lots of sodium, salt, fatty food.
Eat lots of vegetables and fruits and also try to exercise at least onces a week.

Hello danitaandandrew.

The best preventive and alternative treatment of a hypertension is self-healing breathing device TFI.
Simulator delivers people from chronic diseases,
ensures real prophylaxis, including 100 % protection from heart attacks and strokes
Asthma, insomnia, allergy, diabetes, migraine, arthritis, hypertension, ishemiacal illness of heart... These and other diseases arise frequently at the senior age. Medicine is practically powerless against them - that is why they are called chronic diseases.
But why they arise? The matter is that small blood vessels begin gradually to constrict after 25 years old because of hypodinamia and stresses and this results to improper blood supply of the cells, and then to all these diseases! The high blood pressure (or hypertension) have all chronically sick people.
The physiological researches of healthy and chronically sick people tell that the last have one common feature - low concentration of carbon dioxide (CO2) in blood owing to increased breathing level - Chronic Hyperventillation Syndrome. The low concentration of CO2 in blood results into spasm of microvessels (arterioles) which leads to metabolic disturbances. Let us consider the possible consequences of that.
The constriction of micro-vessels of the brain is the cause of bad brain's blood supply. It is the source of such illnesses as dizziness, insomnia, migraine, a memory weakness. All these symptoms inevitably leads to stroke in the long run.
Constricted micro-vessels of heart is source for arising the various illness of heart because cells of heart muscular (i.e. myocard) and coronary arteris don't get normal oxygen supply. In most cases in is the source for myocardial infarction
The constriction of micro-vessels leads to increasing of vessels peripheral resistance. For this reason the arterial blood pressure is raised , the heart exertion is much increased, thus heart pain evoke. On this background the casual stress may provoke infarction or apoplectic stroke.
A low level of CO2 leads to acid-alkaline imbalance (alkalosis) of blood and tissues. This leads to developing of atherosclerosis, arthritis, and stones in organs.
What about drugs people are using for treatment chronic diseases? The main defect of all drugs and recipes is but one - they gives temporary relief only. They all have unhealthy by-effects. People get used to them and must change them periodically. Worst of all - all known drugs can't influence on source of chronic diseases !
Breathing device TFI uses method of physiological training of the whole organism. Medical investigations of the people having used this method give fancy results: the organism 50 - 60-year's people begins to work almost as at 25-year's !
It has the physiological, nor chemical or any other effect.
Why illnesses leave? -because simulator TFI expanding arterioles to a normal condition, restores normal blood supply of all the cells of all the tissues of all the bodies of our organism.
As everybody knows, a great deal depends on brain functioning. The brain is a regulator of many processes occurring in the organism. Regulation of arterial pressure is only one of the regulating functions the brain. Therefore, using breathing device TFI and restoring normal blood supply of the brain, we not only eliminate essential hypertension and protect the brain from a stroke, but also restore normal regulation of many organism processes.
This fact in itself obviates a lot of problems with our health.
The training consist of four stages, the month's duration of each. Even within 4-6 weeks of use, a significant and sustained reduction in blood pressure is achieved.
The Natural Health Restoration Complex (TFI) has been honoured with the gold medal at the Worldwide Forum for Inventions and New technologies in Brussels (1999), with the silver medal at the Worldwide Fair in Paris (2000) and the gold medal at the First International Innovations and Investments Show in Moscow (2001).
You will be helped necessarily by a breathing simulator TFI
