The best way to quit a bad habit is to start a good one. Pick an exercise you like, or think you will, and keep it enjoyable. Give the brain and body time to make all the changes, like increasing your energy, to keep up. Exercising will give you something else to do and think about. Your fat cells will release their THC so you will still get a little buzz, that's good, you want your brain to associate enjoyment to your exercise. Also drink more water. Learn to drink it at room temp. ( just takes getting used to) and anytime you feel the urge for Mari, drink water instead. You also need to change your setting, you don't want to be in the one where the habit formed, get new friends, move, or rearrange things as much as possible, the brain finds comfort in the familiar, if you are in the setting without your drug, your brain will try to pull you back into the comfort zone. If you could burn your source, that would serve you well. And don't keep any money on hand you don't need for that day, consider letting someone you trust hold on to any atm cards. What gets most people quitting marijuana, is just habit and not seeing any harm in picking it back up again after letting it go for weeks or even months of time. Having a list of all the postivies quitting will give you and all the negatives of smoking it to remind you when needed, will help. And whatever you do, don't start another bad habit to replace this one. A lot of ppl start drinking more. Also have a list of things you can do or think about when urges come to you, it's just a matter of getting your mind to not think about it, break the cycle when it does, so be ready for those moments. Good-Luck, you are doing the right thing!

i'm a social smoker for like 3years. and there're some period of times where i've to go school and didnt smoke. but i dont feel anything. so sometimes i wonder why people say they're "addicted" to smoking..

but honestly, sometimes when i didn't smoke and see someone smoking, i'm really tempted to smoke again. but i tell myself to quit as i very well know that its harmful to the health and complexion. whats more, i waste so much money on cigarrettes.

so the answer to ur question is, nope, i dont feel tired after quiting smoking.

you are having nicotine withdrawals. all will be better in a few days.
hang in there.
I quit smoking after 25 years and was smoking 3 packs of Camels a day when I cold-turkey quit.

When I stopped smoking for my pregnancies I stayed sleepy, but I assumed it was pregnancy fatigue. Maybe it was from stopping smoking. I know I was so bored all of the time, so I wanted to just stay in bed.
